Description

• This product is a highly purified neurotoxin complex derived from Clostridium botulinum type A, supplied as a vacuum-dried powder for solution for injection.
• After reconstitution with sterile, preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride solution, it is ready for intramuscular or intradermal injection.
• The onset of visible effect typically begins within days (about 2–7 days) after injection, depending on indication and treated muscle or gland.
• The duration of effect may vary, but for aesthetic uses it often lasts around 3–4 months (individual variation applies).

Indications :

• This product is indicated for various approved cosmetic and therapeutic uses of onabotulinum toxin A. Key indications include:
• Temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines (glabellar lines), crow’s feet lines, and forehead lines in adults.
• Treatment of primary axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive under-arm sweating) when topical treatments are inadequate; recommended dose 50 Units per axilla.
• Treatment of certain neuromuscular conditions such as blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, strabismus, muscle spasticity, and overactive bladder (depending on local regulatory approval).

Usage and Precautions :

• The dosing, dilution, injection sites, and intervals vary according to indication, patient anatomy, and clinical judgment.
• Do not exceed recommended doses for a given treatment area or indication. For example, no more than 50 Units per axilla in hyperhidrosis treatment.
• The units of this product are not interchangeable with units of other botulinum toxin products.
• Contraindications and precautions include hypersensitivity to any botulinum toxin product, infection at the injection site, and certain neuromuscular disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome) which may increase the risk of adverse events.
• After reconstitution, the product should be administered within the allowed timeframe (for instance within 24 hours when stored at 2-8 °C) and any unused portion discarded.
